# Leitungsarten und Farbkodierung

#### Querschnitte

Im KFZ-Bereich verwendet man typischerweise Leitungen typischen Querschnitten von

- 0,13 mm²
- 0,35 mm²
- 0,50 mm²

für Steuersignale und

- 0,75 mm²
- 1,00 mm²
- 1,50 mm²
- 2,50 mm²
- 4,00 mm²
- 6,00 mm²

bzw. 16 mm² oder mehr für Verbraucher.

#### Leitungsarten

Die typische Leitungsart (aka "Litze") ist "**FLRY**". Diese Abkürzung steht für:

- <span class="T286Pc">**F =&gt;** Fahrzeugleitung</span>
- **L =&gt;** Leitungsdraht aus Kupfer (meist Cu-Litze)
- **R =&gt;** Reduzierte Isolationswandstärke (dünnwandig)
- <span class="T286Pc">**Y =&gt;** Isolierhülle aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff (Polyvinylchlorid, PVC)</span>

Diese Leitungen haben eine dünnwandige und somit platzsparende, leichte und gut zu verlegende PVC-Isolierung, sind beständig gegen Hitze (bis 105 °C), Öl und Kraftstoffe.

<div id="bkmrk-zus%C3%A4tzlich-wird-zwis"><div class="n6owBd awi2gc">Zusätzlich wird zwischen zwei Ausführungen nach **ISO 6722** unterschieden:</div><div class="n6owBd awi2gc">- <span class="T286Pc">**FLRY-A =&gt;** Der Leiter besteht aus runden, konzentrisch verseilten Einzeldrähten</span>
- <span class="T286Pc">**FLRY-B =&gt;** Die Drähte sind asymmetrisch konstruiert, was den Außendurchmesser noch weiter verringern kann und das Kabel besonders biegsam macht</span>

</div></div>#### Farbkodierungen

Um Signale in Kabelsträngen zu lokalisieren und unterscheidbar zu machen sind die Isolierungen farbkodiert. Dabei bildet eine Farbe die Grundfarbe, welche allein oder in Kombination mit einer weiteren Farbe (meist als länglicher Streifen, manchmal auch als Ringe) unterscheidbar gemacht wird.

Bei SKODA (VAG Konzern) werden die Farben in Schaltplänen mit deutschen Abkürzungen kodiert. Hier die Grundfarben:
